FBI agents Henry Joh and Pete Garrison, together with a SWAT team, storm a suspected hideout for human traffickers. But inside, they find no traffickers—only four Chinese women who have been shot. One of those four survives but falls into a coma. As the FBI conducts their investigation, they find that the hideout was actually a prostitution ring using human trafficking victims. The surviving victim, labeled "Jane Doe," holds the only key to finding the traffickers.
But as Agent Joh uncovers more about the culprits, he realizes there must be a mole in the FBI. There would be no other explanation for the timely murdering of their assets. With Jane Doe reminding him of the guilt behind his sister's disappearance years ago, Agent Joh must face the ugly reality of the human trafficking underworld.
